If you want a class where you’ll learn about writing for TV and film along with the business of both from someone who is successfully in the trenches and doing the work herself, I can’t recommend Alexa highly enough.
— Deborah Puette - GLAAD / Blacklist Finalist
Bad Pitch has been such an empowering tool in helping me learn how to be a better writer, and a more informed actor as well in fact! The community here is such a supportive place to be creative— it’s encouraged me to consider all the possibilities for storytelling, and to see a place for me in it.
— Leslie Murphy - AFF second rounder
If you want to be a working screenwriter and are serious about putting in the time, this is the place to learn. Books are one thing (which are mostly premised on rules that are not actually relevant) but this type of tutelage is far more valuable as you get real-time feedback from a variety of minds. Meaning you’ll have plenty of much-needed perspective on your work and ultimately become a better screenwriter.
